Bishop Jonathan S. Ferriol Visits Arizona

Last April 21-23, Bishop Jonathan S. Ferriol, the brainchild of our extension here in Arizona, visited us bringing with him two new missionaries. These young missionaries, Bro. Niko Marasigan (2nd Year Practicum) and Sis. Jiezelle Sison (1st Year AMP Intern), will be heading the work of God here in place of Bro. Jhun Barrios who will be returning to his home church in Chicago. The weekend was full of God’s words as Bishop upon arriving, held a bible study with 2 guest families Saturday afternoon. On Sunday, the Arizona members prepared the worship in the community center we are currently renting as Bishop Jonathan leads his first worship here! The worship was filled with enthusiastic members and 9 guests who were excited to hear the words of God. A child dedication was also held for baby Stella Rose Icmat, the daughter of Bro. Mark and Sis. Kim Icmat. The place was full of God’s anointing as each member and guests were empowered by God’s words spoken through his sent one. The day ended with all 9 guests responding to the altar call, with one promising to be baptized this Sunday and a wonderful lunch fellowship.

We’re so blessed to be visited by our bishop and North America district coordinator, leaving us with the verse in Zechariah 4:10, “Do not despise the small beginnings for the Lord rejoices when he sees them.” We’re very excited to see what God holds for our work here in Arizona! All glory to God!
