Stronger PMCC (4th Watch) of Texas Re-opens!
April 28, 2019
The Re-Opening Service and Surer Word Crusade held in Arlington, Texas on April 28, 2019 was an incredible breakthrough for the PMCC (4th Watch) U.S. District!
Led by Pastor Gerald Gonzalez, flocks throughout the Lone Star State gathered to celebrate a new chapter in their faith and to pledge their partnership in the re-establishment of the work of God.
Guest Speaker Pastor Erwin Dela Cruz, the North California Sub-District Coordinator and Senior Pastor of PMCC (4th Watch) in San Jose, CA, first exhorted the Texan brethren with the a message entitled “The Essential Aspects of Church-Building,” and focused on right ownership, proper leadership, and steadfast partnership. Geared and ready for service, the brethren braced themselves for the miracles that were about to unfold!
As guests began poring through the doors, it was clear that this event was history in the making. The Re-Opening Service and Surer Word Crusade kicked off with a Praise and Worship segment led by Sis. Jeannifer Galacio, followed by a powerful Opening Prayer from Pastor Gerald Gonzalez, which was trailed by a song of praise from Sis. Celica Vencer. Thereafter, Pastor Gerald delivered a unique Offertory Message that he paired with an informative presentation which showcased the global domain of the PMCC (4th Watch) and its various holistic and temporal ministries. A fitting tribute of “New Wine” was then rendered by Sis. Jeannifer Galacio and her guests, Ericka Suarez and EJ Antenor.
Pastor Erwin Dela Cruz then delivered an evangelistic message based on John 10:27, “My sheep listens to my voice; I know them and they follow me.” He then invited the guests to accept Jesus Christ, and two were immediately baptized!
It’s worthy to note not only the physical and financial support that the Texan brethren invested for this event, but also their earnest prayers and fasting, through which God surely delivered! Major cities like Dallas, Houston, and Austin are already in the running for extension services, affirming that this state is ready for harvest!
As it stands, Texas has the most churches per capita in the nation. This is both a challenge and a blessing, but definitely more of a blessing! Much like when Moses sent twelve Israelites to scout Canaan, Joshua and Caleb reported back that though the city is powerful and its inhabitants were like giants, they can certainly conquer them!
This is the same tenacious spirit that the Goodman of the House, Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol, and North America District Coordinator, Bishop Jonathan S. Ferriol, has impressed on all of us -- God has given us the power to break grounds in the United States, no matter how gigantic the challenges may be! As a direct result, Texas will be proudly added in the official PMCC (4th Watch) roster as the 29th local church within the U.S. District.
Glory to God!
